About Us
Mark Borushko is principal of Western Land Consulting Group. Throughout his career, Mark has gained extensive experience in the land development industry as a principal and consultant and has also held executive management and leadership positions with several civil engineering and construction management consulting firms with extensive operations throughout the western United States.
He is skilled in program management, operational management, and strategic planning and has extensive professional affiliations and involvement in numerous land development industry-related organizations. Mark has been responsible for entitling thousands of acres of land ranging from small infill sites and mixed-use projects to large master-planned communities. Additionally, he has managed the development and construction of extensive infrastructure systems along with thousands of builder lots and custom home sites.
Mark has a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Arizona State University (ASU) with an emphasis in finance and real estate development and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Michigan State University. He’s a former faculty associate at Arizona State University, having taught advanced land development courses for 15 years in ASU’s College of Design.
